Holistic Training
Holistic Training is about mindful wellness and understanding the mind-body connection—the emotional energy body that resides within our tissues—and integrating the clinical and mechanical into a psychospiritual and somatic experience.
If you have a membership through The Conscious Collective Business Group, you can experience the workshops below at 10–20% off (excluding materials).
We currently do not offer educational credits and are not intended to substitute formal training programs—but our offerings easily complement many standard educational paths.

The Physical & Energy Body
(Mind-Body Connection)
The introduction to holistic healing begins with realizing that your client is more than just another body on your table or healing mat. This is a person with a story—and their body has a story, too. Learn how to integrate your current and expanding knowledge into a truly holistic healing experience.

Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop Therapy is a unique healing technique created by the founder of Young Living Essential Oils. It involves the application of essential oils to the spine, feet, and back—promoting deep relaxation and reducing pain. Raindrop combines aromatherapy and energy work to support your overall well-being and revitalize both body and mind.
Includes kit materials. Please bring two large towels.

Breathwork & Guided Meditation in your Practice
Learn how to ground yourself before and after each session by integrating meditation and breathwork into your practice.
It’s easy for the mind to wander—even during healing work. These grounding techniques help you stay present and embodied, while also supporting your client in doing the same.

Heart + Sacral Women's Hormone Balancing
This is a holistic approach to using castor oil packs and heart-opening energy work.
Many women struggle with a variety of reproductive and hormonal imbalances, which can lead to issues such as inflammation and congestion in the pelvic region, menstrual cramps, infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, and fibroids.
Learn how to integrate mind-body awareness of the trauma stored in the sacral and heart chakras—and how to gently support its release. You’ll also learn how to teach clients to apply this as a regular self-care practice.
Includes kit materials. *You must bring 2 additional large towels.

Integration & Coaching
Prerequisite Course: The Physical & Energy Body(Mind-Body Connection)
Part of what bridges the gap between clinical and holistic care is recognizing what arises for the client on an emotional level.
You are moving energy during each session, but guiding them in how to integrate those emotional shifts—during and after the session—and care for themselves between visits is essential.
Help them understand mindfulness practices such as journaling, meditation, breathwork, and coaching.

Hot Stones
Hot stones and Himalayan salt stones both use heated stones to provide warmth and relaxation, but they differ in the types of stones and their unique benefits. Learn the differences and how to integrate each into your healing sessions.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient practice that creates suction on the skin with cups, offering potential benefits such as pain relief, improved circulation, reduced muscle tension, and enhanced skin health. It is also believed to stimulate the immune system and promote overall well-being.

Intuitive Energy Healing
The intention of energy healing is to aid physical, emotional, and spiritual healing by restoring the body's natural flow of chi/energy and amplifying its ability to heal itself and return to homeostasis.
Whether you use Reiki, Sat Nam Rasayan, or other healing modalities, energy healing is always influenced by the healer’s interpretation and how they work with the recipient’s energy.
Learn how to make this modality your own by tapping into your intuition.
