The following Terms and Conditions, Liability Waiver, and Privacy Policy applies to all offerings through Holistic Training by Nazra, including classes, workshops, retreats, memberships, private sessions, and professional training programs.

 

Holistic Training by Nazra is proudly powered by Holistic Touch by Nazra.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing the website, enrolling in a class, training, or event, or participating in any in-person or virtual experience, you agree to the terms outlined below.  We are not a school and do not offer certification.

 

2. Final Purchase Policy

 

All purchases are final. All purchases are non-refundable. This includes—but is not limited to—classes, events, training programs, private sessions, workshops, digital content, and memberships. No exceptions.

 

If booking through a third-party platform (such as Mindbody, ClassPass, or Eventbrite), their payment terms apply in addition to those listed here.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Appointments, sessions, or event bookings may be rescheduled with 48+ hours’ notice. If notice is provided between 24–48 hours, you may reschedule once. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show will result in full forfeiture of your session. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

 

4. Privacy Policy

 

Your personal information is always handled with care. It will never be sold, rented, or shared without your consent. Any data collected is used solely for communication, service delivery, or scheduling. If you book through a third-party platform, refer to their privacy policies for additional details.

 

5. Subscription & Membership Terms

 

Memberships and recurring programs auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. However, no refunds or partial credits are provided for unused time once payment has been processed.

 

6. Medical Disclaimer

 

Services offered are for educational and holistic wellness purposes only. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new healing practice or modality.

 

7. Scope of Practice

 

Please share any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or diagnoses before your session or event. Practitioners will determine whether working with you falls within their scope of practice. If it does not, a referral may be offered.

 

8. Liability Waiver

 

You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation, including physical, emotional, or psychological effects. By participating, you agree to release Holistic Training by Nazra, Holistic Touch by Nazra, and their affiliated partners or practitioners from any liability, except in cases of gross negligence.

 

9. Independent Practitioners

 

Some instructors and collaborators may work independently and are not employees of Holistic Training by Nazra. All collaborators are thoughtfully selected to reflect the brand’s values, training, and high standards of care.

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

All program materials, recordings, and content are protected and owned by Holistic Training by Nazra or its contributors. Content may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

11. Legal Jurisdiction

 

The terms outlined here are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County, CA.

 

12. Policy Updates

 

Policies are subject to change without notice. By continuing to engage with any offerings, you agree to the most current version available at the time of your participation.
